Tania Sharkey

In 1988, Tania started working as a Care Assistant in the local district and continued to do this for 7 years, before becoming an Auxillary Nurse at The Royal Lancaster Infimary. She continued in this job for a further 10 years, qualifying to NVQ level 3 in care work.

Whilst nursing, she began training in Beauty and Aromatherapy at Lancaster & Morecambe College, going on to train in Holistic Therapies, including Indian Head Massage, Reflexology, Swedish Body Massage, Nutrition and touching on Counselling.

In 2005, having qualified from college, she left nursing to start up in business at The Holistic Centre in Middleton, offering all the therapies and beauty services she had trained in.

In January 2008, Tania qualified in Traditional Thai Massage at Bangkok’s oldest training school at Wat Po Temple.

Jane Clarke

Jane attended the Park School of Beauty Therapy in 1990, and received the following international qualifications: CIDESCO; ITEC Face, Body and Aromatherapy; CIBTAC Face and Body. In 2008 Jane trained as an infant massage instructor and is now a certified infant massage instructor.

During her 18 years in the industry, Jane has worked on cruise ships, destination day spas, health clubs, perfumeries and for some of the top skin care companies, both in the UK and in France.

Recently Jane qualified in Hot Stones Therapy.
